Recently, I was stopped at a stop light with two passengers in the car driving on Federal Highway. The light turned green, but I did not turn. Why? Because, there was a line of cars in front of me along with a disabled vehicle making everyone merge into one lane. Behind me, I hear a honk. I, and the others in the car, look back. The driver is signalling both verbally and with their hands, “GO!” We all look at each other. “Go where?”
The honking continues. We laugh, and our laughter continues. Then, I noticed something as the woman in the back seat proclaims, “They are CRAZY!!!” That was our perception, but in reality, they at the same time thought WE were the crazy ones.
Driving is such a beautiful analogy for life, anyway.
X is driving too slow = CRAZY
Y is driving too fast = CRAZY
Insert whatever word best fits for “crazy”, but the point is the same. We may all be going to meet up at the same place, but we most likely are not all going to take the same route. Some will take the interstate. Others will take the side roads. Some will leave early, while others will leave late.
95% of the people, if asked, will say they are a better driver than the other 95% people on the road. It is as if everyone else is “CRAZY” but, the point is:
No matter who you are,
you are someone’s crazy…..
